Anne - In Brazil I speak Portuguese, it’s my mother-tongue.
Paul– Ok! But your English is really good. Is English your second language?
Anne– Oh Yes! English is my second language, and I also lived in London for more than 6 years, so I had the chance to meet a lot of native speakers.
Paul – Very nice! That’s the reason of your good accent. Usually Brazilian people have a very strong accent.
Anne– Yes! But it’s changing. Brazilian people are doing very well with their studies.
Paul – So Anne, you are a bilingual?
Anne– Well Anna, I speak Italian and Spanish too.
Paul– Then, you are a polyglot.
Anne– I guess so! I love languages and I intend to study more languages in the future.
